Ergebnisse der großen Taunigma Business-Konferenz

On October 30, 2019 , Taunigma, together with the payment system NT.Payments, held a large conference in the conference hall of the Intercontinental Hotel in Abu Dhabi.


The event took place on the 7th anniversary of Taunigma and was notable for bringing together 90 guests from 7 countries around the world. During the conference, the company's top managers presented reports on the work done, summarized interim results, talked about current projects and explained their plans for the future and strategy for further development.


Our faithful friends Mr. Cash and Mr. Pay, without whom it is impossible to imagine an important event, were waiting for the guests at the entrance to the banquet hall.


In his welcome speech, the company's CEO and founder, Alexander Chub, spoke about how NT.Payments' business in the Emirates came about, with what skepticism it was initially viewed, and to what extent it has grown over the years, what efforts and steps have been taken to make the payment system the market leader in the UAE. In addition to the important events in the company's history, he also went into the examples that inspired the first employees so much that they decided to join the NT.Payments team.


Vasyli Katriy, General Director of Kiosk IT System Trading LLC, also took the floor. He was among the first few involved in the origins of the business. In his speech, Vasyli summarized the results of 7 years of activity and described how the plan to expand the brand in the UAE was gradually being implemented, how quickly the number of payment terminals was growing across the country, and what steps were taken to improve the profitability of each kiosk to increase.


We have already emphasized several times that the technical department carries out a very responsible task. The employees are responsible for many aspects related to the lifespan of the terminals, their appearance, ease of maintenance and functioning. Alexey Trofimov knows from his own experience how important it is to be able to control the activities of the largest division of the company, so in his speech he shared with our partners the secrets of successful management of a large “family”, which already consists of 121 employees.


At the beginning of his speech, Alexey thanked all partners for their presence and referred to the special contribution of the technical staff, which, with employees from 9 countries, is involved in the overall development of the company. He then explained the particular challenge of maintaining terminals under aggressive environmental influences. He reported on the opening of repair shops for spare parts and paintwork, enabling the company to extend equipment life and reduce running costs, and maintaining a representative appearance of objects throughout the UAE, taking into account weather conditions.

Alexey concluded his speech with the topic of security of kiosks and measures to prevent possible damage and eventual vandalism. He also discussed the introduction of a system for recording consumables, repair costs and spare parts in the warehouse, which has been successfully integrated into the company's work processes.

The program of lectures was continued by the head of the sales department , Roman Krasitskiy . He, like all his previous speakers, has been with the company from the beginning and has had the opportunity to observe the ups and downs of working in the UAE due to cultural and national differences. Roman pointed out the peculiarities of competition with other payment systems during the expansion of the terminal network to other regions of the country, talked about negotiations with government agencies when connecting services and the difficulties involved, and also told how sales managers reacted to changes in current trends and the respond to rapidly changing trends in market reality.


Alexander Chub thanked Roman for his speech and gave the floor to Oxana Vishnichenko , General Manager of Taunigma, who has competently and successfully managed a small team of employees for 7 years, handling an enormous workload.


In her speech on "Control systems, accounting and management of company processes and financial flows", Oxana focused on the company's financial performance, stressed its stability and outlined the priority areas of the financial economy, using the slides to focus on the growth of sales and net profit pointed out.

One of the most important steps in organizing the financial sphere was the participation of the auditing company KPMG, a world-renowned large company, and the switch to the management and accounting system «Galaxy ERP». The logical conclusion of Oxana's speech was an appeal to consider the benefits of cooperation with the company and the prospect of profits that can be obtained by potential investors who have reserved shares in the future joint-stock company.

The conference participants listened to the reports of the speakers with interest and had lively conversations with the company's executives and employees during the lunch break.


The company pays special attention to the development of the NT.Wallet project, which has recently carved a niche in the electronic payments market in the Emirates and has been enthusiastically received by local users. The head of the project "Electronic Payments" Roman Matsaniuk , who opened the second part of the event, is responsible for the development and distribution of the product .


In his report, he emphasized that the need to create such a new development is due to the market demand from customers. He specifically mentioned the successful launch of the application and backed it up with statistics that clearly showed that the number of installs exceeded 30,000 in the first eight months after its launch. According to Roman, it became clear that NT.Wallet is a multi-level platform with a bright future, covering all kinds of functions and services that are available to everyone through smartphones.

After that, Vasyli Katriy entered the stage. He reported on the upcoming introduction of the payment system NT.Payments and all aspects related to the business in a new country, aroused the interest of the audience, who guessed the name. In fact, our choice fell on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a country whose mentality, history and cultural values ​​are similar to those of the Emirates. In his speech, Vasily explained his analysis of the new market and aspects of the company's development model in the new country, and also talked about promising business solutions and projects.

Alexander Chub's keynote speech, which was eagerly awaited by all participants, was dedicated to Alexander providing the latest information on the transformation of the company's legal form into a joint-stock company and the development of a long-term strategy. He announced the new global project of the franchise NT.Power charging stations for electric cars, this technological know-how represents such a timely and necessary solution for reasons of reducing emissions of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere and the environment.

The final word was held by Arkadiy Kamenev, Taunigma Marketing Director. In his report, he addressed the process of completion and order in the flow of documents between the partners and the company that precedes the final stage of preparation for the transformation into a public company. He called on all partners present to take the certification of legal relationships seriously. He also outlined the scope of work involved in opening up a new market for establishing franchises.


Waldemar Steiner, a long-time partner and head of a sales structure at the company, made a contribution of his own. As part of the "Taunigma Club-360" campaign, he presented the winners with certificates and souvenirs.


The traditional conference faced a variety of questions on the partners' most interesting topics, which received comprehensive answers from the company's top management. The conference ended with applause in the hall and words of thanks from Alexander Chub and Oxana Vishnichenko for a successful day and the opportunity to build a joint business that promises even more prosperity.


The next day, a big surprise awaited all conference participants - a safari tour of the sand dunes of the Emirates, during which the guests of the event were offered off-road racing, camel rides, entertainment in the form of colorful oriental dances, and informal communication between company representatives and guests.


The table, richly laid on the occasion of such an important event, almost collapsed under the diversity of national Arabic cuisine.
